pass by 表示 路过。passer-by 是名词.路人,而passers-by是复数形式.这种由动词短语构成的名词复数是加在主词passer上的,
else 修饰不定代词 somebody要后置,因此形成 somebody else表示其他人.它的所有格自然是somebody else`s

你这个看起来应该是将来时吧,一般现在时在日常生活中是很少用到的。
When will you arrive there?应该是比较合适的说法。

1.B这里的scissors 是剪刀的意思，一般要用复数类似的有trousers,glasses,gloves等，a pair of 是一副的意思，如果说两把剪刀应该说成two pairs of scissors.

3.B 如果说用somebody's 的话意思就是某人的，这里是想表达其他的某个人。没有somebody's else 这种用法，如果题目中用成he said he want to know somebody's opinion.在语法上也没有错误。
4.C其他的work也是工作的意思，但是不可数，这里有a teaching++应该选可数的post 意思是岗位，职位。career 是事业，employment 雇佣。
