1.The buyer should inform the seller the delivery 6 months in advance .
2.If there is a delay in delivery due to the buyer , the buyer should be responsible to the loss include storage charge and others .
3.The seller should supply a check only for account for 10% of the order amount ( USD 10 ) as the performance guarantee , namely USD 1 , RMB 6 , within 7 days after the order confirmed .
4.Pay on delivery . The buyer should pay 60% of the order amount to the seller ( by T/T or M/T ) as soon as the goods arrived the address the buyer appointed .
5.Performance guarantee . The buyer should send back the performance guarantee to the seller by the check only for account , after 2 years limit for quality , or at the latest 28 months after the BL date , subject to the forward first .

1. Party A shall inform party B to ship out goods 6 months before shipment.
2. If there's any delay in delivery caused by party A, party A shall bear the loss as warehousing, etc.
3. Party B shall provide 10% of the total amount of the contract in USD as performance bond by transfer cheque within 7 days after signed the contract.
4. COD
After goods arrive at the appointed destination, party A shall pay 60% of the total amount of the contract in T/T or M/T to party B.
5.Performance bond
After 2-year product warranty, or not later than 28 months after B/L date, whichever occurs first, party A shall return the performance bond to party B by transfter cheque.
