做个英语翻译人员的要求标准是什么~

学位不是要求标准，资格证书很关键，最低也要二级，其余就多多益善。
其实证书也不是最关键的。关键的是英语综合基本功，在此基础上，无论是口译还是笔译都能基本上达到“信、达、雅”。

我以前招收英语翻译人员时，面试时就很简单：
1.和我英语对话聊天半个小时。
2.笔二份业务信函/合同半个小时。
之后我就能决定聘用决定。

市场上有二三级证书的人，就像又大学六级证书的人，多如牛毛，甚至有口译证书的人，找不到工作的也比比皆是。光凭证书能行么? 重要的: 是骡子是马牵出来溜溜。伟人说过，实践是检验真理的唯一标准。要知道梨子的滋味就得亲口尝尝。
