We are front-line workers of xx warp-knitting plant. We are writing to apply for salary increase.
With the development of economy, inflation has deeply influenced our daily expediture, causing great pressure to survive. We believe the salary standard made six years ago doesn't keep pace with the real social life. To maintain life, some of us have choosed to leave, resulting in high staff turnover. Besides, the old hand isn't willing to teach the new staff. Now we only have a few colleagues to maintain the production. But such conditions have very bad effect on their mood, which in return lowers production quantity and quality, increase energy and material consumption. The management must have been aware of this. Increasing salary to ensure stable life is what we earnestly long for, and it will also lay foundation for our company's stable development. We members of this company have feelings for it, but the surviving pressure forces us to apply for salary increase. So we all employees propose to increase the salary by 15% this time and it should be adjusted with the development tendency of social economy.
As disadvantaged groups, we hope the company can stabilize our life so that we can work without any worry about life and contribute to our company.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
