高手请进，几道英语题~

（1）d
in表方面，提议是在大小（这方面）不同，故in。
be
different
from是指前后两者不一样，不能说这些衣服和大小不一样。
（2）a
a
fourth
time表示第四次，语意是该事情未发生，将要叫第四次；the表示第四次，指易发生的事情，比如他第四次到这里来，应该用the。
（3）d
operate在本题中的意思是手术，相关短语是operate
on
sb，题意是他马上需要接受手术，因此应该用被动语态。
（4）c
bright是形容词，不能在名词后形容名词，如果想这么用应该说with
the
bright
light（暂不考虑语意的情况下）；on是副词，可以在light后形容light的状态，表示灯开着的状态。
（5）c(d)
本题考查what引导的宾语从句的语序问题，答案应该是正常语序，因为what做从句中的宾语成分，被作为先行词提前，从句中主语是wrong(with

son修饰wrong)谓语是is。
我不确定这题的原因是我不知道是否有上文，因为题目开头用的是Could。如果没有上文的话Could应该表示委婉语气而不是过去式，因为整个句子是一般疑问句应该是模拟的在医院的情况，故选is；如有上文则酌情选择d。

have
sth
done表示某件事情被做，是一个固定用法，因此牙被拔出来应该的表述是have
tooth
pulled
out，背下来即可。
（7）d
本题是个陷阱题，虽然有标志性的过去式时间状语at
6:30，但是你要注意到同时后面出现了by
her
mother，这是因为wake不仅有醒来的意思还有叫醒别人的意思，因此此题选d，表示被她妈妈在6:30叫醒。
（8）a（如果a选项的第一个空是far的话则选a）
先看什么可以修饰more：far.less,much，c排除。

___（此处为任意名词单数）这个固定用法表示其他所有的___，本题中即表示乘飞机理性比其他任何一种方式都好。
the
other表示特指，并且是一种指代，指另一种，原文中只提到了by
air一种方式，并未出现另一种方式，因此不能选。
如题目中再出现by
train等等字眼才可能考虑the
other。

strong意为强大的，除了形容人以外一般形容类似人类有力量的东西比如a

excuse表示原谅，常用的短语有excuse
me，表示原谅我打扰一下。
因此Kathy误打开了Tom的信，d是说她原谅了他，显然反了，c是说她被原谅了，符合题意。

此题主要考察followed和following的关系，为了方便解释，我把时间形象化成三个小人分别叫“过去”“现在”和“将来”。follow意思是跟随，就直接想跟随即可。
following
years：一般现在时，跟随“现在”的小人，叫“将来”
years
followed：一般过去时，跟随“过去”的小人，叫“现在”
题目tried明显表示出了时间状语，即过去，因此语意想要选出的答案是“从过去到现在这段时间内”，即“跟随过去的小人”。
c直译为在那些跟随的年份，即指跟随过去的年代。
a因为你多写了一个w而且又出现follows我不太清楚到底是什么，如果是following，则是显然的叫“将来”的小人，那么题目应该是will
try而不是tried。

感觉楼主把句子打错了，第二句不太通的样子，应该是returned to the country吧？
