Having A Dinner in A Restaurant

Waiter: Good evening. Do you have a reservation?
Tom: No, we don''t.
Waiter: How many people are you together?
Tom: Just two persons. 来源：考试大
Waiter: Would you like to sit in smoking section, non-smoking section or whatever comes open first?
Tom: We prefer non-smoking section.
Waiter: Awfully sorry, there are no vacancies left now. Would you like to wait for a moment?
Tom: How long a wait do you think there''ll be?
Waiter: About eight minutes, I think.
Tom: OK, we will wait a while.
(Ten minutes later)
Waiter: I''m sorry for making you wait for so long. Now there is a table available in non-smoking section. Please follow me.

Waiter: This is menu. Are you ready to order now?
Tom: Sorry, we haven''t decided yet. Could you please give us a little longer?

在外面都不容易，不用太多小费，也别一点都不给。

3,这里如果对方是你的客人的话，你可以说 it’s my pleasure。这个比较正式，而且显得你很尊敬对方。
4，菜单 menu 点菜 order dishes
好的，稍等：all right, please wait a moment.
5, 客人可能问 how is this meat dish prepared? 这个肉菜是怎么做的？
你可以回答， it is made from beef.这是牛肉做的，这里请注意，beef就是牛肉，beefsteak才是牛排的意思。
打扰了，为您上菜Excuse me, here is your dishes
6，西餐刀叉 knife and fork
汤勺 soup ladle（还有漏勺 strainer）、瓷勺（或小勺）casserole，筷子chopsticks，小碗儿 - - small bowl，小碟儿（小盘儿）saucer，餐巾纸napkin
7, 辣椒 chili 盐salt 糖sugar 胡椒pepper 葱shallot姜 ginger
8, 想加菜的话我一般说，i'd like to some extra food. 或者是说i'd like to order another. 需要额外付钱这么讲比较地道：we should also pay extra for it.
9, 生的鲜的就是 fresh
10，添杯，add some water 续杯，refill 这个用的比较多
11， pay the bill; Check, please; May I have my check?
12， it is my pleasure ，Welcome here again.表示你很乐意为其服务

如果客人叫服务员，waiter？你可以说，hello，may i help you?
你的几种说法有几个不对，不过也都可以，我这个口语性更强一点儿

直接吃 eat directly 生菜：lettuce 配菜：sidedish

楼主是不是从事服务行业呀，韩国料理么？我在国外呆过一段时间，这些就够了感觉，有需要随时问我就好，其实服务最重要的是给客人一种舒服的感觉，其他不是障碍。祝你工作顺利。

1、指路：
请这边走，由此向前，然后右（左）传，继续向前，之后便到了某某地方
Please take this way, go straight ahead, turn right (left) and then go straight ahead again, there you are.
2、领路：

3、客人表示感谢的回复（接上面的内容）：
客人：thank you，你要怎么回答？（you are welcome?还是not at all？亦或其它？）

4、客人想要点菜，看菜单
菜单怎么说？点菜怎么说？你回复：好的，稍等，要怎么说？
菜单：Menu.
点菜：Order dishes/Order entrees.

Ok/Got it, just a minute please/they will be ready in a couple of minutes.
5、客人问这菜是什么做的？比如牛肉，羊肉（非牛排，只是肉，所以不要说beef）另外，上菜时要说什么？比如：打扰了，为您上菜。
What are in this dish? Steak? Mutton?
打扰了，为您上菜Excuse me, here is your dish/here comes your dish.
6、关于餐具：

8、加菜（添菜，不够再添一份），另外，比如需要额外付钱的话，该怎么说？
加菜 Oder more food/I need another order.[西方没有添菜一说，他们都是叫几个order，餐量都是固定大小（大、中、小），如果客人不够吃，他会说再来一份，而不会说“添一点”。]
