to be done 表将来和被动，常用作宾语补足语。表示主语让别人做，to do主语亲自做。如：
Sir ,do you have some documents to be typed?先生，你有文件要打吗？(是你有没有文件让别人，也就是我打？）
Sir,do you have some documents to type?你有文件要打吗？
（是你自己有没有文件要打？）
这是被动语态，passive voice
