not available 或者 unavailable，通常说 sth is unavailable。强调的是结果，而不是动作。
重点是在主语那个东西上的，里面并不含有谁谁谁去寻找的意思，套用一句话，就是“那东西就在那里，不增不减”；如果某人突然在某一天需要用到它了，可以不费力气的拿来用，那它就是available，反之就not available喽。
至于not found，它侧重的更多是动作look for或seek的结果，就是“没找着”。
而no的范围就很广了，就像中国的“弄”可以代表好多的动词一样。
