This collecting & distributing control system is composed of a remote monitor computer, a local administrator computer and some local controllers.

This article is focused on the design of the main program for the local administrator computer and briefly designing the remote monitoring computer program, and using a dialog box program which is based on Visual C++ to realize emulation on the control process for the controlled object under the control of the local controller.
具体的设计工作包括各程序软件界面的设计，系统通信功能的实现以及对系统功能的一些必要的完善。其中，系统通信功能的实现是本文的核心内容，这包括本地管理计算机与本地控制器之间的RS232串口通信(本文采用虚拟串口在本地管理计算机主程序和本地控制器仿真程序之间进行)，以及本地管理计算机和远程监控计算机之间的网络通信。
The practical work includes designs of various program software interfaces, the realization of system communication function, and some necessary supplementary work to the system function. The realization of the system communication function is the core of them, and this includes the RS232 serial ports communication between local administrator computer and local controller(Here the virtual serial ports is used to conduct between the main program of local administrator computer and remote monitor computer) as well as the network communication between local administrator computer and the remote monitor computer.
