一、shoot 有两种用法：

1. 及物动词——射中，射伤，射死；

错误点：
（1）全句应该用虚拟语气，因为这是对“既成事实”的否定假设（实际上已经无法改变），不是一般的（对未来事情）的前提性假设（还有改变的可能）。
（2）no和the不能连用，因为no等价于not a，其中a和the都是冠词（article），因此no后面的the就多余。
（3）people这个词太笼统，似乎可以改成everyone。当然不改people的话似乎也说得通，就是理解起来比较别扭，改成everyone后更明确。

全句的意思是：如果没有大家的（一起）努力，我们不会取得如此骄人的成绩（或业绩）。

建议改成：
If there were no effort of everyone, we would not have this/so glorious performance.

If there were not the effort of people, we wouldn't have had this glorious performance.
从句虚拟语气，和现在事实相反，用were。
no错误，no后只能接名词，没能带定冠词the，去掉the就对。
主句 wouldn't have had 为情态动词+完成时，表示本没但做到了的意思。
people完全没错。

首先，整个句子应该是虚拟，是对现在的虚拟，条件句中动词用过去时/be动词变为 were，主句用情态动词+动词原形。意为“假如没有人类的努力，我们就不会有这光辉的业绩”

2。前面半句no the说不通，可以说if there is not the effort of the people,也可以按我刚才的改正说，用强调句型。
3。people前面加个定冠词，表示人民。
